House for exclusive use, truly peace and quiet

We offer a large, year-round house with a terrace and a half-hectare fenced plot next to a forest, dotted with fruit trees and shrubs. The insulated and heated house is renovated and modernly furnished. Cool in summer, warm in winter. A separate building houses a 6-person sauna and billiards. There's an outdoor jacuzzi. There's a gazebo with a grill and pizza oven, a fireplace, a children's playground, and a wooden playhouse. We offer high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, and electric car charging. Other things to note Guests have access to three bedrooms with three bathrooms (separate entrance), a children's room that can serve as a fourth bedroom, a kitchen, a living room open to the kitchen, a dining room, a hall, and a porch. A large terrace (35 m²) and a lighted, covered shelter with a bread oven and barbecue are available. A separate building houses a billiards room with a wood-burning stove and a 6-person indoor sauna. Next to the building is a jacuzzi and a charging point for electric cars, a children's playground (swings, a slide, climbing ropes, a plastic playhouse, and an inflatable pool), and a wooden playhouse for older children. A fireplace, badminton court, basketball hoop, and several bicycles are also available. The property is fenced. The surroundings are truly idyllic, offering peace and quiet – a forest with walking paths and a beautiful view of the fields and, nearby, several lakes. The ground floor features a large bedroom and a children's room, a bathroom with a shower (which also includes a washing machine), a living room open to the kitchen, a dining area, a hall, and a porch. The kitchen is very well-equipped (dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, two kettles, a coffee machine, a hand mixer, and plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, and pots). The dining area has a large table and 8-10 chairs. The children's room has a large bunk bed, two highchairs, a baby crib, and a travel cot. There's an iron and ironing board on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms with external bathrooms (accessed from the hallway) and a chill-out area with a sofa and a coffee-making area. There are two TVs, including German satellite channels, a radio, and a speaker. We also offer free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Two lakes are nearby – Lake Żalskie Duże and Lake Ruda (Dobrzyńskie Lake District). Access to Lake Żalskie Duże is 400 meters away (dogs are allowed), while the grassy beach and the best children's swimming area in the commune are located approximately 1,000 meters away – at Lake Ruda. A large, paid beach (approx. €2/day) is located 2.5 km away in Sitnica, on Lake Nadrowskie, where you can also rent water sports equipment (pedal boats, boats, and kayaks). The nearest free public beach (unguarded) with a large wooden pier is 3.7 km away in Żałę, on Lake Kopiec. Home-cooked meals can be ordered for delivery, and there are several good restaurants within a radius of several kilometers.
