7. Frecavalli Apartment in a Historic Building

7.Frecavalli is located in a wing of Casa Bianchessi, a building that has belonged to our family for decades and dates back to the 16th century. We recently carried out a fine conservative restoration of the frescoes that adorn, in particular, the bedrooms: bouquets of roses in the master bedroom, "Rose Room", precious Greek fretwork and garlands in the other, "French Room". Staying at 7.Frcavalli allows you to immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere that is both ancient and contemporary at the same time. The space 7.Frecavalli is a spacious and large apartment. It consists of a dining room, illuminated by an imposing French window that gives access to the balcony overlooking the internal courtyard, a kitchen equipped with 4 electric burners, a large refrigerator and a dishwasher, a living room onto which the entrance door to the apartment also opens, a very large bathroom and two bedrooms. Free parking in the courtyard of the house is an extremely important element that 7.Frecavalli offers its guests: inside the courtyard, under the balcony, there is a parking space reserved exclusively for guests. Thanks to the large windows that characterize each room, the house enjoys sunlight at all times of the day. The master bedroom, or "Rose Room", has an area of just under 40 square meters. Its walls are adorned with dozens of bunches of small frescoed roses and rosettes, also frescoed, on the ceiling. The second room, the "French Room", smaller than the master bedroom, is frescoed with extremely precious decorations, among whose colors a particular lapis lazuli blue emerges strongly. From the courtyard of Casa Bianchessi, you can enjoy the view of the spire of the wonderful bell tower of the Cathedral, located just a few steps from the house. Guest access If there are only TWO (02) GUESTS, ONLY the Rose Room will be made available. If, on the other hand, TWO guests WISH TO USE BOTH BEDROOMS, and thus also the French Room, they must proceed to indicate in the reservation the number of THREE (03) guests. As for the rest, the apartment will be entirely and exclusively available to guests. As previously specified, guests will enjoy the availability of a parking space reserved exclusively for them in the courtyard of the building. Other things to note I would like to point out that if there are only two (02) guests, but they wish to take advantage of both the Rose Room and the French Room, they must indicate the number of three (03) guests when booking.
