La Calera Pochotes: art and design environment

Small house on one level, large interior patio and furnished terrace. Located within the La Calera complex, an old lime factory 10 minutes (2 km) from the historic center of the city of Oaxaca. The space Originally this space was the administrative office of a lime factory now transformed into accommodation sites. The space consists of two separate bedrooms, a dining room, and a kitchen as the central part of the space. A covered terrace next to the garden complements the site. A pomegranate tree dominates the center of the garden. The floors are made of colored cement paste, newly renovated, as is the lining of the bathroom walls. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, grill, microwave and everything required to use it. Guest access This loft at La Calera was a former lime manufacturing factory currently transformed into a place for temporary stays. The space is large, and you're welcome to explore it. You can sit down to talk, work, or read in the multiple spaces offered for this purpose. There is also a glass blowing workshop that you can visit; they make amazing contemporary design pieces. La Calera is home to an owl family that you will occasionally see or hear. If you need laundry service, we have a washer and dryer that you can use. Other things to note The city's main square is a 10-minute taxi or car ride away. Walking is not recommended, but it can be done in 35 minutes.
