Festive evenings prohibited!!! Everyone will find their rhythm and their occupation between mini farm, gym, indoor games, outdoor games or Escape Game. The space The Dorimar estate consists of 2 separate accommodations: Cottage and house. (Possibility of seminars for companies in the gîte meeting room for up to 40 people) OPTION 1: Cottage for 4 to 14 people, the cottage is composed of a large 100 m² reception room with fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge), 1 large table for 18 people (possibility to add a console table for another 20 people), sofas for quiet or festive evenings with friends or family, toy corner for the little ones, movie room, billiards, table hockey, video projector, fast and stable Wi-Fi, air conditioning and bathrooms for young and old. Near the reception room are the 4 bedrooms with a living room, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom, 2 powder rooms and Escape Game (extra charge €50). Near the cottage is an independent studio for 2 people with shower room and toilet (ideal for elderly people or couples without children) Outside is a marquee, petanque court, volleyball court, mini farm etc. The price for the gîte is €700 per night plus €150 cleaning and optionally €100 for sheets and towels. OPTION 2 The house: 4 to 14 people. It consists of an entrance, dining room, kitchen (American fridge) with 2 large tables for 24 people, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, large cathedral-style living room of about 80 m2 with pellet stove, foosball table, sofa, TV and toy corner for the little ones, fast and stable Wi-Fi. Upstairs 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and toilet and 1 bathroom with toilet. Outside is a small heated pool of 18 m2 (mid-April - mid-October), gym with sauna for 1 person and 1 bathroom with toilet. The price for the house is 700€ per night + 150€ cleaning and optionally 100€ for sheets and towels. OPTION 3 The entire Estate: You have the option to book the entire estate for €1400 per night + €500 sheets, towels and cleaning (€300 cleaning and optional €200 sheets and towels). Possibility to accommodate up to 48 people, beyond 28 people the price is €30 extra per person per day/night included or €20 per person per day without the night. Thanks to this option you can enjoy all the indoor and outdoor activities of the estate (mini-farm, children's tent, movie theater, foosball, billiards/table hockey, ping-pong, petanque court, volleyball court, gym, sauna, heated pool, Escape Game €50, horse-drawn carriage ride €50 etc.) Fee of €30 per person per night in addition to 28 people For booking, we will prioritize groups who want to book for a minimum of 2 nights on weekends. We provide dishcloths, sponges, dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, bath mats, toilet paper as well as household products. Also available is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules (not included), toaster, kettle, raclette, barbecue, etc. Three baby cribs with real mattresses and also available as well as two baby high chairs. Music is not allowed outside. Music is only allowed indoors with reasonable volume and with doors and windows closed. Fireworks are not allowed.
