The space The Dorimar estate consists of 2 separate accommodations: Gîte and house. (Possibility of seminars for companies in the gîte meeting room up to 40 people) OPTION 1: Gite from 4 to 14 people the cottage is composed of a large reception room of 100 m² with fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge), 1 large table for 18 people (possibility to add a console table for another 20 people), sofas for quiet or festive evenings with friends or family, toy area for the little ones, cinema room, billiards, table hockey, video projector, fast and stable WiFi, air conditioning and sanitary facilities for young and old. Close to the reception room are the 4 bedrooms with a living room, 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and Escape Game (extra €50). Close to the cottage there is an independent studio for 2 people with bathroom and toilet (ideal for elderly people or couples without children) Outside is a marquee, petanque court, volleyball court, mini farm etc. The price for the cottage is €700 per night plus €150 cleaning fee and optionally €100 for sheets and towels. OPTION 2 The house: from 4 to 14 people. It consists of an entrance, dining room, kitchen (American fridge) with its 2 large tables for 24 people, 1 bedroom, 2 SDS with 2Wc, large cathedral living room of about 80 m2 with pellet stove, foosball, sofa, TV and toy area for the little ones, fast and stable wifi. Upstairs 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and toilet and 1SDD with toilet. Outside is a small heated swimming pool of 18 m2 (mid-April - mid-October), gym with sauna for 1 person and 1 bathroom with toilet. The price for the house is €700 per night + €150 cleaning and optionally €100 for sheets and towels. OPTION 3 Entire Estate: You have the option to book the entire estate for €1400 per night + €500 sheets, towels and cleaning (€300 cleaning and optional €200 sheets and towels). Possibility to accommodate up to 48 people, from 28 people the price is an additional €30 per person per day/night included or €20 per person per day without the night. With this option you can enjoy all the indoor and outdoor activities of the estate (mini-farm, children's marquee, movie theater, foosball, billiards/table hockey, ping-pong, petanque court, volleyball court, gym, sauna, heated pool, Escape Game €50, horse-drawn carriage ride €50 etc.) Fee of €30 per person per night in addition to 28 people For bookings, we will prioritize groups who want to book for a minimum of 2 nights on weekends. We provide tea towels, sponges, dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, bath mats, toilet paper as well as household products. A Nespresso coffee machine is available with capsules (not provided), toaster, water boiler, raclette, barbecue, etc. Three cribs with real mattresses and also available two baby high chairs. Music is not allowed outside. Music is only allowed indoors with reasonable volume and with doors and windows closed. Fireworks are not allowed.
