Guest access 🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire two story home, including all its amenities and facilities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, sauna and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. 💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🔥 Fire Restrictions: Wildfires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest, and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation. 🚭 Smoking: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking of anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home. ❄️ Winter Access: The home is open and accessible year-round, but the last 3 miles are via dirt roads that are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate vehicle, especially in the wintertime.
