You'll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. 🐾 Pet Policy: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a Pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. 🔥 Fire Restrictions: Wildfires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest, and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation. 🚭 Smoking: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking of anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home. ❄️ Winter Access: The home is open and accessible year-round, but the last 3 miles are via dirt roads that are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate vehicle, especially in the wintertime.
