Quaint three bedroom, four season cottage on Kamaniskeg Lake with sandy bottom water access to the lake from the shore. Dock available from Victoria Day weekend until Thanksgiving weekend each year. Two kayaks and canoe available for guests and unlimited wood for the fire pit available to use. Air conditioning available in cottage for hot summer months. Propane heating in fall/winter. Master bedroom bed and Double bed have been updated with new bed frames and mattresses! The space Spring water supplied for each stay- one 5 gallon bottle supplied for each 2 day reservation. Dish towels, dish cloth, bath mat included along with biodegradable soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soap and dishwasher soaps. Keurig coffee maker and some pods included as well. Extra cost for bedding and towels- $75 per stay- owner to be notified 5 days in advance if required for stay. Limited to 6 people only due to septic system and water well limitations. 2 night minimum rental, 3 night minimum for long weekends like Victoria Day weekend or Labor day weekend.
