The space Indoor Retreat: The perfect space for a private getaway including large sectional and smart tv in the living area, top of the line appliances in the kitchen, common area bathroom and laundry room, king bed in the master with en suite bathroom, two twin beds in guest room, twin trundle in the second guest room. Outdoor Bliss: Step onto the expansive deck and soak in breathtaking canal views. The outdoor living area is perfect for lounging, dining, or simply enjoying the serenity of the water. The area includes sectional seating, fire pit, ping pong table, and games. Take a refreshing dip in the pool (enjoy it heated for an additional fee $25-$75 a day depending on the season), unwind in the spa, or just relax and catch some rays on the deck. Our 50’ foot of water front includes, floating dock for easy in and out access, electric pile mounted boat lift, electric, fresh water, a fish cleaning station, and Electric Davit Winch for loading and unloading jet skis. Prefer a more leisurely pace? Grab one of our paddle boards and explore the tranquil waters at your own rhythm. RV Ready: Traveling by RV? No problem! We've got you covered with a convenient hookup and place to park, making your stay seamless and comfortable. We value your privacy. There are security cameras on premises, but they will not be active during a guests stay unless requested. As a courtesy, we have the ability to covert the twins into a king, however it will leave a small gap due to the bed frames. The pool and spa are not heated unless requested. Pool heating rate varies $25-$75 a day depending on season and air temperatures. There are local shops that rent bikes. Contact us if you’d like a recommendation.
