Other things to note Check-in requirement - Upon confirmation of reservation, please send a copy of each guest’s id as required by the condo admin. We will then request guests access card. - Guest access card is required for smooth entry within the building. *Please note that the security are strict and only allows guests with access card to enter the building premises. *For longer stays (29 days up) - we provide complimentary housekeeping every 2 weeks. - above monthly average of electric consumption will be shouldered by guests (applicable to guests staying 29 days up). - special discounts for longer stays (0962/540//2473).
