If a blockage occurs, the guest will be responsible for all plumbing costs. Cleaning: The apartment is delivered thoroughly clean and stocked with bed linens, towels, pillows, basic cleaning supplies, and a washing machine. ➤ Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment clean during their stay and for washing their own bedding and towels. Parking: We do not have private parking. If you're arriving by car, we recommend not leaving it on the street overnight, as San Antonio has a lot of foot traffic at night.
