Please request this at least 48 hours prior to check-in, as availability is limited. 2. House Rules: Kindly review our House Rules carefully before booking to ensure the home is a good fit for your stay. 3. Guest Count & Occupancy: The reservation must reflect the exact number of guests who will be entering the property. • Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (no exceptions). • A fee of $50 per guest, per night applies for each guest over 8. 4. Grill & Fire Pit (Propane): The grill and fire pit operate on propane. We provide the propane available in the tank upon arrival. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may exchange it at Ralphs or a nearby gas station. 5. Pantry Items: Please note that pantry items are not provided. However, you’re welcome to use anything already available in the kitchen and cabinets during your stay. 6.
