The space This lower-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is fully furnished for your convenience. Fresh linen and towels are provided, along with a well-equipped kitchen stocked with ample crockery and cutlery. You’ll also enjoy modern appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. To get you started, we include a welcome package with paper towels, dishwashing detergent, bath soap, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, plus tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. Shared laundry facilities are available in a separate area, and an iron with ironing board is also provided. While the apartment does not have air-conditioning, wall and standing fans are available to keep you comfortable. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio, surrounding outdoor areas, and the grounds of the property. A shared laundry room is also available for use, conveniently located within the complex and shared with other tenants. Other things to note Our rates are considered “seasonal” and will vary between low and peak season The main entrance gate is electronic, and you’ll receive an access code directly on your phone. we kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy consumption. To ensure the apartment is properly prepared, please be honest and specify the accurate number of guests when booking. The setup of bedrooms, beds, and amenities will be based on this. For solo guests, only one bedroom will be available. If more guests are added after booking, please submit a modification request on the booking platform before check-in to adjust the guest count. Note that an extra fee applies for each guest beyond the first, and the unneeded bedroom will remain locked. One bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, positioned together to form a king-size bed. Prior to your arrival, we will reach out to confirm your preferred bed arrangement. For stays of one week or longer, additional sheets and towels will be provided in the draw. Should you require extra linen at any time, please feel free to notify us, and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Only registered guests are allowed in the complex. If you are expecting family members ,friends or relatives to visit, please let me know in advance. Loud music and parties are not permitted, and we ask that you be considerate of other guests when smoking outside to avoid inconveniencing those in the courtyard. To help maintain cleanliness and hygiene during your stay, please take the garbage out to the bins on the curbside regularly. Since the sanitation service does not visit the area on a fixed schedule, allowing garbage, especially kitchen waste, to accumulate inside the apartment can lead to unpleasant odors, as well as attract flies and cause maggots, especially in the humid weather. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space clean A selection of cleaning supplies—including garbage bags, laundry detergent, and various household cleaning products—is available for your use. We provide basic toiletries and a starter package upon arrival, but you will need to purchase additional items as needed. Extra linens are available upon request. The Wi-Fi password will be provided on arrival. Normal check-in time is after 3 PM, but we will make every effort to accommodate early or late check-ins if arranged in advance. Check-out is before midday. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to meet your request. As your host, my top priority is making your stay as comfortable as possible. If you find that you need any extra kitchen accessories—pots, pans, utensils, or appliances—or if any piece of equipment or furniture needs replacing, just let me know and I’ll gladly take care of it. Please also note that all windows are fitted with built-in insect screens to keep the interior free of bugs while allowing fresh air in. Additionally, I provide easy-to-install magnetic hanging insect screens for the front door, which I can temporarily hang upon request. Most guests prefer the open flow from the living room out to the patio, so we only install the door nets when asked. If you’d like me to have them in place before your arrival, simply let me know ahead of check-in and I’ll ensure they’re ready for you. The ABC Highway adjoins the apartment complex so at peak traffic hours the roads can become busy and noisy at times.
