The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and essentials - perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The large island seamlessly connects to the dining and living space, making it ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. Primary Suite Wake up to sunrise views and enjoy your morning coffee on your private covered balcony just steps from the pool. The primary bedroom includes a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom, offering the ultimate relaxation experience. Violation will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, plus full replacement costs for any pool or liner damage. • 🛟 Life jackets are not provided — please bring your own. • 🪀 Soft pool toys only to prevent liner damage. • 🗓️ Pool season: typically open early May – early October (weather-dependent). Contact the host to confirm availability. • 🔥 Heated pool option available for an additional fee — perfect for cooler evenings or night swims. ⸻ **A Quick Note About the Property** We want to ensure every guest has the best possible experience, so we’d like to highlight an important detail about the property that some guests have overlooked when booking. This is a multigenerational property with four separate, fully self-contained living spaces. While you’ll have exclusive access to the backyard and pool during your stay, the outdoor space is not completely private. As shown in our listing photos, there is an upper-level balcony overlooking the backyard and pool that belongs to family. We also have family living in the pool house, and another self-contained basement suite that is occasionally rented as a separate Airbnb. We make every effort to accurately represent the property in our listing, and we encourage all guests to review the photos, description, and previous guest reviews before their stay. Many guests absolutely love the layout and amenities, while others have found the shared nature of the property wasn’t quite what they were looking for—and that’s completely okay. If you feel this setup may not be the right fit for you, we recommend cancelling your reservation within the applicable cancellation policy so you can book accommodations that better match your expectations. We’d much rather you have a stay you’ll truly enjoy than arrive disappointed. Additional Details • No Pets: Unfortunately, no dogs or animals are permitted due to family allergies. Guest access There is ample parking on property. Main entry is at the front and key code entry into the house will be provided prior to arrival. Other things to note **MINIMUM TWO NIGHT STAY** This house is set up for extended family groups and it is not suitable for rowdy parties. Unauthorized use of the home may result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage.
