This room is located in a very large, quiet home. It is a SAFE home for all in Peralta, which is just South of Albuquerque (20 mins to Sunport) via I25. It is located in the “green belt”so it’s a very colorful, green area. We do have three dogs who are extremely sweet so you must like dogs. For travelers, I have two horse stalls for an additional fee per horse. Price is based on 1 person per room additional person is 10.00 per night. The home is located in a very quiet rural area south of Albuquerque. It’s located in the Greenbelt, which means a lot of trees and water and color beautiful views of the mountains, conveniently located just miles from shopping centers, restaurants, and easy access to interstate 25 located in 20 minutes from Albuquerque Sunport. Dogs are welcome at 10.00 per dog for the entire stay but we cannot have aggressive dogs. You’ll be in a spacious , comfortable room with pillows of different qualities, flat, fluffy, cooling and regular. The room has a private mini-fridge for your use. All linens are sanitized to industry standards and protocols. The bathroom is only shared in the event both rooms are rented at the same time or if we have house guests. Other than that, you most likely will have the bathroom to yourself.
