Home in Detroit

The neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. The Home is located in one of Detroit nicest areas "Sherwood Forest/Green Acres" around the neighborhood my neighbors enjoy jogging and taking walks. The Subdivision is pretty quiet as well. Also the home is conveniently close "5mins" Downtown Ferndale, "10mins" Downtown Royal Oak, and "14mins" Downtown Detroit. You can go in any direction and be on a major road or freeway. My phone is always available for contact anytime of the day. The space Each bed room has a television if you like to lay back and relax. The living room is very comfortable and has a fully functional fire place for a more relaxing setting. If you like to Lounge around or kick back, there is a two person sauna in the lower level of the home, and 7 headed walk-in shower for a stress reliever. The home is really for a little escape from the world by just turning a key and entertainment enjoyment purpose. Guest access You will have the entire two lower levels of the home accessible. The upper third level of the home will be lock due to new up coming renovations. Please also remove your shoes in the Foyer when you enter the home. Thank you. Other things to note Home is also only 29mins away from Metro Detroit Airport. “DTW” . Also Security Deposit is Listed but it is not applied to your booking at check-out, or that it is not a hold on your payment. Security Deposit is only listed just in case something was to be damaged in the home or House Rules are to be broken. If Guest Respects the House Rules and Nothing is Damaged, you will not be charged at all the Security Deposit. Please Contact Me Anytime If You Have Any Questions.
