Cozy apartment in Hahnenklee with Harz view! The space Welcome to the countryside, in the middle of nature in the Upper Harz! In the Harz Nature Park, in the small village of Hahnenklee, is our cozy, friendly and modernly furnished non-smoking holiday apartment. The center of the village is just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping, a bakery, numerous restaurants, small cozy cafes can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. They love hiking, are interested in cycling or winter sports, want to experience nature with your family and children or spend an exciting time, then we offer you a cozy home. The apartment is located in the Ferienpark-Hahnenklee right on the edge of the forest. Numerous nature and hiking trails start from here. Children's playgrounds, small climbing park, and a nature breeze park are in the immediate vicinity. In 2023 the apartment has been completely and elaborately renovated. Via an elevator you can reach the apartment, which is located on the 5th floor. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area and a balcony with a view of the countryside. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you for shared meals or extensive cooking evenings. The apartment offers everything you need for a beautiful holiday in the Harz on around 50m²: - Kitchen incl. 4-burner stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. - Double bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed extendable to 1.40 x 2.00 m. - Balcony with nature view. - Bathroom with you, as well as separate bathroom with toilet. - Large closet, as well as numerous cupboards for storage. As local attractions, a summer toboggan run, Bocksberg-Carts, Bike Park Hahnenklee, Bike Park Hahnenklee, Riesentrampoline, Adventure Minigol system, cross-country skiing trails, winter toboggan run, ski runs, visit to the Stabkirche-Hahnenklee and much more - there is a highlight for everyone. The usual tourist tax on site is 1.50 for 6-17 years, from the age of 18€ 3.00, per person per day. With this you get benefits (use of public transport) to be active in various discounts and opportunities in the area. If you would like to use a laundry package per person, we can offer this for a fee on request. The laundry package includes bed linen and towels, as well as guest towel and tea towels.
