You can bathe in the pool and enjoy the 2500 m² to relax (petanque court, shaded places). The gite is 10 min from Puy du Fou and Les Herbiers. The space On the ground floor: - Large living room of 40 m² where you can all fit on our sofas for your mood games, play console, play karaoke or blindtest (thanks to the smart TV) have an aperitif or coffee... - A large stay to play pool, foosball table, dart, with a bar area. Our stay is equipped with a billiards and foosball from PETIOT local company located in Bazoges en Paillers in Vendee. These are new and quality amenities. - A large fully equipped kitchen where you can eat at 15. - 1 lingerie (washing machine, 2nd fridge, and freezer) - 1 separate WC - 1 Bathroom with 2 showers - 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with 3 beds, and a bedroom with 2 beds) On the left floor are 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with 3 beds, and a bedroom with 2 beds) + 1 shower + 1 separate toilet. There is a vanity with a mirror in every room. Upstairs on the right, you will find the last 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with 3 beds, and a bedroom with 2 beds + 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet. There are a total of 6 bedrooms. We can reach the single beds to create double beds to create double beds and thus modulate our rooms according to your wishes. Our single beds are 90 X 200 cm, you will sleep very well because wide and the bedding is of quality (Grand Litier à la Roche sur Yon specializing in high-end bedding). There are even 4 single beds 210 cm long for adults! Guests will take advantage of an exceptional setting, quiet, to spend convivial moments throughout your stay. Our 3 living rooms communicate with each other (40 m² living room, 40 m² games room, 20 m² kitchen) and overlook a 50 m² terrace where you can eat and relax. From the terrace, you will take steps to access the 8 X 4 m pool with dome. It is not heated, but as soon as there are few sunshine, the dome heats up the water. So as early as April it is possible to swim there. Right next to the pool, there is a pétanque court where you can practice various activities and perhaps discover new games: petanques, shuffles, molky, cornhole... At the end of our grounds are walking behind a 2 goat fence and chickens. They belong to our neighbor, but their presence is fun for young and old. Next to the garage is arranged a paved space to be able to practice other activities. We have in the garage at your disposal a ping pong table and a soccer goal.
