Enjoy with family or friends this fabulous place to stay that offers good times in perspective. You will have a nice room to play pool, foosball, ping-pong while having a drink at the bar. The game room communicates with the kitchen and living room. The gîte has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets. You can swim in the pool and enjoy the 2500 m² to relax (petanque court, shaded areas). The gîte is 10 minutes from Puy du Fou and Les Herbiers. The space On the ground floor: - Large 40 m² living room where you can all fit on our sofas for your mood games, play the console, play a game of karaoke or blindtest (thanks to the connected TV) have an aperitif or coffee... - A large living room to play pool, foosball, darts, with a bar area. Our living room is equipped with a pool table and foosball table from PETIOT, a local company located in Bazoges en Paillers in Vendée. These are new and quality fixtures and fittings. - A large fully equipped kitchen where you can eat 15 people. - 1 laundry room (washing machine, 2nd fridge, and freezer) - 1 separate WC - 1 bathroom with 2 showers - 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 3 beds, and one bedroom with 2 beds) Upstairs on the left are 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 3 beds, and one bedroom with 2 beds) + 1 shower + 1 separate toilet. There is a sink with mirror in each room. Upstairs on the right, you will find the last 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 3 beds, and one bedroom with 2 beds + 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet. There are 6 bedrooms in total. We can join the single beds to create double beds and thus modulate our rooms according to your wishes. Our single beds are 90 X 200 cm, you will sleep very well because they are wide and the bedding is quality (Grand Litier in La Roche sur Yon specializes in high-end bedding). There are even 4 single beds 210 cm long for adults! You will enjoy an exceptional setting, quiet, to spend friendly moments throughout your stay. Our 3 living rooms communicate with each other (40 m² living room, 40 m² games room, 20 m² kitchen) and overlook a 50 m² terrace where you can eat and relax. From the terrace, you will take steps to access the 8 X 4 m swimming pool with dome. It is not heated, but as soon as there is little sun, the dome heats the water. So from April it is possible to swim there. Right next to the pool, there is a petanque court where you can practice various activities and perhaps discover new games: petanque, pucks, molky, cornhole... At the end of our land, 2 goats and chickens walk behind a fence. They belong to our neighbor, but their presence amuses young and old. Next to the garage is a paved area to be able to practice other activities. We have a ping pong table and a soccer goal in the garage.
