Welcome to Little Braybrooke Cottage in the heart of Saffron Walden. Set back from the road, the cottage is located less than a mile from Audley End House, Saffron Hall, Saffron Screen and the beautiful market square. We have 1 Double bedroom with a separate landing room that can be used as either a workspace or a nursery. Underfloor heated throughout the downstairs, with a modern kitchen, comfy living room with a sofa bed and walk in shower. Outside we have a lovely flint walled court yard. The space A one double bedroom house which can sleep up to four, there is large double sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra guests or flexible sleeping, ideal if stairs are a struggle. there is a landing area that can be used either as a nursery (cot provided on request) or as a dedicated work space. The bedroom has 2 built in wardrobes with matching cupboards and a flat screen TV. Downstairs has a complete modern kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and wine/beer fridge. The bathroom has a walk in shower, heated towel rail and under floor heating. In the lounge you will find a large comfortable sofa with the added bonus of a standard double bed, flat screen t.v and a table and chairs for dining. Outside is a beautiful courtyard garden perfect for all fresco dining! Free street parking is all around. If you need someone more secure, please ask.
