This is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo, centrally located in the Rocky Mountains! Less than 30 minutes to Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Copper Mtn and Breckenridge ski areas, and only 35 minutes to Vail. Our place is nestled among many hiking trails, including Lily Pad Lake and Buffalo Mountain trailheads within walking distance. Wildlife abounds here at Treehouse, including neighborhood moose and fox! Enjoy year round activities, including skiing, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and more! The space *Guest clubhouse, including pool and hot tubs, will be closed 5/18 - 6/1 for annual maintenance* Our condo is a ground floor unit (you do have to go down a half flight of stairs to access the unit). There are 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, updated kitchen, living room with a cozy gas fireplace, and a private balcony. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, closet, TV, and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (one is twin over full, the other is twin over a full size futon). It also has a smart TV and a closet. The living room has a comfy sectional couch with large ottoman. The gas fireplace is great to enjoy an evening fire on a cozy night. There is a large smart TV. There is also an Xbox with some games, as well as ring toss mounted on the wall and a table top ring toss battle game. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, including dishes, silverware, drinkware, cookware and a coffee maker. The convenient high top table has seating for 6. The patio has a table and 2 chairs, and is a great spot to hang out and enjoy the peaceful setting. Wildlife frequents the area, including many moose and fox. The clubhouse is just steps away, and has a heated pool and 3 hot tubs. There's also a sauna, game room, workout room, and laundry room in the clubhouse. The unit does not have AC, but mountain temps are usually cool, especially in the evenings. If there is anything you're wondering about, let us know and we can let you know if we have it! Guest access Guests will have the entire condo unit to themselves. Guests have full access to the guest clubhouse, which consists of a pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, workout room, game room, laundry room, and outdoor tennis court. 2 free unassigned parking spaces are included (you will need to register your car(s) on day of check-in). Other things to note This is a ground floor unit which requires you to go down a half flight of stairs to access. There is no elevator. We also don't have air conditioning as is common in the mountains, but temps in the mountains are usually cool, especially in the evenings. The building has quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We ask our guests to adhere to this, and no partying please. For parking, you will need to register your vehicles (2 cars max). We will send instructions on how to do this prior to check-in.
