Escape to a cozy retreat in Locust Lake Village in the Pocono Mountains. This private home features fast Wi-Fi, a warm fireplace, and comfortable living spaces perfect for relaxing year-round. Enjoy a short walk to scenic Locust Lake, plus easy access to hiking, skiing, dining, and local attractions. Ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking a peaceful Pocono getaway. The space First Floor The first floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a cozy wood stove fireplace and plenty of seating for relaxing or entertaining. There’s a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub on this level. Step out from the kitchen onto the screened-in porch, perfect for three-season living. Second Floor Upstairs, a bright loft overlooks the family room and comes with a sofa bed, games, and a Foosball table - perfect for fun and relaxation. The second floor also includes a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a third bedroom with a twin bunk and trundle (three twin beds total), and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub, making it a great space for families or groups. -This property does not have air conditioning. The hottest days get around 80 midday and drop down to low 60s at night. There are plenty of fans. -Guests must climb four steps to enter the house. -No parties permitted per Airbnb regulations. -You may see wildlife on the property, sometimes close to the house. Please do not feed them. Guest access A code to access the smart lock on the front door will be provided to you prior to check-in. You will have access to entire home except for owner's closets (will be locked) and crawlspace underneath home. Other things to note Bed Linens and Towels: Can be provided for an additional cost. Otherwise, you will need to bring your own. (2 queen beds, 3 twin beds, 1 full hide-a-bed) Sledding Hill: Follow Lake Lane all the way to the back of the Community, past the rear gate. Once you pass the rear gate and mailboxes are on your left, the entrance to the sledding hill will be further ahead up the hill on your left. Ski Hill: The ski hill is located at the Chalet. It is open on Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-4pm, depending on a sufficientsnow base, slope grooming and weather. Helmets are required. Waivers must be signed before use of the skihill. Renters need to register prior to skiing. Equipment can be rented at the Pocono Boathouse. Guests must agree to rules of behavior from the Locust Lake Village community, as follows: -Speed Limit is 25 MPH unless otherwise noted -Parking is limited to parking spaces that are available in the home’s driveway. It is prohibited to park vehicles on public streets, in right of way, lawns or vegetated areas. -All vehicles must have current valid registration, insurance and must possess a Locust Lake Village Parking Permit, indicating authorization to park within the community. -Guest must take trash to the compactor. You will be provided details prior to check in. – Renters over the age of 12 years MUST wear wristbands at all times whenever utilizing the amenities of Locust Lake Village. Wristbands will be provided and must be left at property upon checkout. A $25 fee will be charged for each lost wristband. – According to Pennsylvania Law, anyone age 16 and over needs a valid fishing license, even in a private community. You also need a trout stamp if you are fishing on Locust Lake or East Lake, which are stocked with trout several times a year. Pines Lake does not have trout (it has bass), so you don’t need a stamp for Pines Lake. Please observe the catch and release and fishing size limits that are posed at each lake. –Quiet time hours from 11pm-8am
