This semi-detached house with 2 modern two-room apartments is located in a small, quiet side street in the Baltic seaside resort of Karlshagen. The vacation apartments offer enough space for a total of 8 people plus 2 babies, so that you can spend an unforgettable vacation together with a larger family and/or families of friends. Each apartment is 50 m² in size and equipped for 4 people and a baby. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. There is a terrace with privacy ... Other things to note ... on the first floor. There is a balcony on the upper floor. Here you can enjoy the start of an eventful day or the end of the day with a relaxed breakfast on the garden furniture provided. Barbecuing is possible in the garden with consideration for the neighbors (barbecue is not available), so that cozy barbecue evenings in nice company can be the end of every vacation day. Each apartment has a free parking space. The harbor of Karlshagen is only a few minutes away. The Baltic Sea beach is about 30 minutes' walk away. There is a day care center next to the vacation home. This contract is an agency service for the owner. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. The modern furnished attic apartment on the second floor of the semi-detached house has a furnished balcony, a cozy corner couch and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people adjoins the living area. The bedroom with double bed has space for a baby sleeping in a crib. We recommend the apartment for 2 people and 1 infant up to 2 years. An extra bed for up to 2 more people is possible in the living area with the sofa bed (130 x 200) for an additional charge. The vacation home is not suitable for groups of guests under 25 years of age. We expressly point out that for the benefit of the neighbors, we attach great importance to a correspondingly quiet living and mutual consideration.
