This home is perfect for families/groups visiting Memphis. Located within less than 10 minutes from the Memphis International Airport and in one of the most a charming and peaceful neighborhoods in the area. This place is truly your SWEET ZEN - Home away from home! The space Our ZEN home touts a formal dining room, cozy sitting room/den with a work desk, high speed internet, a formal living room & 3 charming bedrooms that have been uniquely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials for your stay, including a fully stocked coffee/tea bar, cookware, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge with an ice maker, an air fryer, and microwave. There is also laundry facilities and complimentary detergent pods and dryer sheets. The master bedroom has plenty of space, a king bed, and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has two full-sized beds. All bedrooms have a sitting chair, smart TVs and ceiling fans for convenience and cozy linens for a peaceful night's sleep. Guest access The entire home is private for your use only, with the exception of 2 locked storage closets for our maintenance and cleaning staff. Other things to note (PLEASE READ!): ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
