Just 5 minutes walk from the famous and chic Avenida del Paseo de Gracia and 2 minutes from Rambla Catalunya, the apartment located in the heart of Eixample is close to the most famous tourist places. Just a stone's throw away is the Passeig de Gràcia metro station (L2, L3 and L4) and several bus stops that will make it easier for you to get around the city. In addition, there are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets at your disposal. This sumptuous apartment, built with quality materials, is designed to accommodate up to four people and will offer you all the comfort you need for a memorable and unique stay. This functional accommodation consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, which opens onto a dining room and a bright living room. Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50, and after midnight it will be 80 euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m., and after midnight it will be €80. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied (€6.25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms, including terraces. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). Guest access Guests have access to all the apartment.
