A swimming pool with modular cover (13 x 6 meters) in pink marble, heated from March to November of the year (if outside temperature is above 10 degrees). A sauna with magnificent lake views. Hot tub in winter (extra 200 euros) BBQ, large open fireplace, trampoline The space Large living room with open fireplace, large dining table, 3 seating areas. Outdoors: barbecue, swimming pool all year round (heated from March to November if more than 10 degrees), sauna, trampoline (child - adult), large play area, hammocks, hanging chairs... everything is planned to rest and unwind. The rooms are spacious and all different with sound insulation between each room. 5 bedrooms upstairs can accommodate 15 people, single or double beds (180) possible in all bedrooms, according to your needs , with a comfort mattress 20 cm thick . All bedding and shower rooms/ bedrooms date back to 2021. An outbuilding "la pagoda" can accommodate up to 4 additional people (with extra charge to be paid on site between 150 and 250 euros per night depending on the season and the number of nights ). A second "la maison du lac" outbuilding can accommodate 2 people in a small secluded house by the lake, in the middle of nature (between 75 and 150 euros per night depending on the season and the number of nights). It can accommodate up to 27 people. The house must be cleaned at the departure of the tenants (optional cleaning package: 200 euros). Possibility of renting bedding and towels: 10 euros per person (sheets and towels placed on the bed, 15 euros with equipped bed).
