Bright and functional, this recent mobile home, with its covered terrace, located on a pretty plot, will bring you all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. At Camping le Lac des Rêves, a 33 ha Natura 2000 site, you will be surrounded by nature, while being close to Montpellier, the beaches of Carnon and Palavas-les-Flots. Linens and towels provided as a paid option. Baby cot provided free of charge upon request. Access to Fun zone is paid according to period. The space On the day side, you can enjoy: - A beautiful central living room open to the terrace, with its comfortable living room, sofa bed for an extra bed in 130, TV, reversible air conditioning. - A separate dining area that can accommodate up to 6 guests. - An equipped L-shaped kitchen with plenty of storage and everything you need to cook. On the night side, you'll have: - A pleasant master bedroom with a 140 bed. - A children's/guest room with 2 pull-out beds allowing a custom configuration (2 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 single bed). The rooms are each equipped with a wardrobe with shelves, storage cabinets, blackout blinds and mosquito nets. The shower room and WC are separate. You will have at your disposal: - Washer, - Household products, - towel, sponge.... Guest access Accommodation, private garden. THE FUN ZONE: Access to the campsite facilities (swimming pools, entertainment, children's club, etc.) may require, depending on the period, the purchase of a Fun Pass (free for children under 4 years old, vacation vouchers accepted). We will inform you in advance and, if necessary, we will send you a 20% discount code for online purchases. The mobile home is located away from the entertainment, allowing you to enjoy your stay in peace. On foot: it takes about 5 minutes to get there through the shaded alleys of the campsite. By bike: rental possible at the campsite (inquire at the "owner" office) By car: parking is available near the Fun area. You will find grocery store, restaurant, bar, playground, petanque court, beach volleyball, city, outdoor fitness... Other things to note Cleaning is not included in the rental price. A "cleaning" deposit of 80 euros will be required upon arrival. At the time of departure, it will be returned to you if the cleaning is done, and in particular the kitchen, small appliances, sanitary facilities... *** If you do not wish to do the cleaning, due to lack of time, or to be quiet, please let us know in advance. Your deposit will be used to pay for the service. Note: A minimum of cleaning is required.
