Private room in the countryside

Private room in an old inhabited country house, with access to shared living rooms. You have a private bathroom and toilet, directly adjoining the bedroom. The house is surrounded by a large wooded park, including a pond, bamboo grove and vineyard overlooking the forest — an ideal setting to unwind. Located just 30 km from Bordeaux, Blaye and Saint-Émilion, it offers a privileged location to discover the region. The space The bedroom, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a comfortable 180x200 cm bed, a small desk for working or reading as well as an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, Italian shower and toilet. Note: The house is old and semi-detached. It is therefore possible to occasionally hear footsteps coming from the floor, which is wooden. Nothing invasive, but I prefer to warn you. Also, one room of the house is occasionally used for massage sessions. During these times, we will simply ask you not to use the kitchen/dining room and to respect the quiet. Sessions are scheduled in advance and we will let you know so that everything is comfortable for you.
