Minutes walk down to Manuel Antonio beaches, this home is a popular spot for monkey crossings and a few minutes walk up to so many great restaurants. You'll LOVE this place! The Sal Y Sol is a modern home with 3 bedrooms 2 baths that sleeps 6 comfortably. Includes air conditioning, plus small plunge pool for cooling off! Because of the steep stairs, we recommend children age 10 and up. No loud music or partying after 10 p.m. and do not feed the monkeys! Policies are strictly enforced. There are 3 bedrooms, each sleep two people. There are two upstairs bedrooms one with a king sized bed, the other with a queen. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds that can be placed together or separated. There are two bathrooms with great showers. The kitchen also has a breakfast counter and casual sitting area with TV. The outdoor has a small pool and nice gas grill for cooking and gathering. We have plenty of excellent parking at our home. We could park at least 3 cars. It's a coveted street for parking due to it's proximity to the amazing Playitas beach. It's walk down steps to our front door and patio and pool area. We suggest you enjoy the walk up to restaurants and walks down to the beach. The property manager lives in the neighboring house and is available 24/7. The house is in Manuel Antonio, a quaint, Pacific coast tourist town in the hills. There are many great restaurants, bars, spas and eco-lodges in the immediate area and many are within walking distance. Our home is a favorite for Monkey passage and other wildlife. Please do not feed them and leave screen doors closed.
