Le Vivier is ideal for family reunions or friendly moments with friends! On 2 hectares, we offer 1 or 2 traditional accommodations, isolated in the middle of the fields, that can accommodate 10 to 16 people, plus 3 to 4 babies or toddlers. Located 30 minutes from Angoulême and 50 minutes from Périgueux in the Périgord Vert. Activities nearby: castles, gourmet markets, caves, wild park, farms, canoe ride, pretty villages... both in Dordogne and Charente! The space Main accommodation: On the ground floor and 2 floors, it has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room (stove, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators with built-in freezer, etc.), a laundry room with washing machine. 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds of 160 cm (with cot), the fourth is composed of 2 bunk beds of 90 cm (i.e. 4 beds). An additional sofa bed is also available in the "game room" area. It can accommodate 10/12 people (plus babies). Secondary accommodation: On the ground floor with 1 floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and an entrance. No kitchen. 1 bedroom (on the ground floor) is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm (with its private bathroom-shower). 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds each of 90 cm, which can be pushed together to make double beds. Sleeps 6 (Plus 1 baby). Whatever your choice (Main + secondary accommodation: €350, or main accommodation only: €250) you will be alone on the property. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire property and will be able to enjoy all its amenities: 2 hectares of land, above-ground swimming pool in season, trampoline, barbecue, brazier, ping-pong, sun loungers, petanque and bicycles (4) for children, video projector + screen... Other things to note Internet access (Via Wifi and/or Ethernet on CPL) is available in both homes.
