Stair access required. *Note-$10 charge per guest per night over 4 guests. Base night rate $85 Su-Th, $100 Fri-Sa. NO cleaning fee. 5% weekly discount. 20% monthly. The space - 725 sqft of living space. - 6 guests max. - King 4 post bed, 1 twin bed, 1 twin bunk bed & pullout sofa (full). - Private entry. - ROKU TV. - Private kitchen, stock with many items for your cooking needs. - Bathroom with separate vanity, bathtub and dual head shower. - Direct secure keypad access to event space. - The Guest Suite is located in a part of the building originally built in 1952 as an addition to the Old Church building, built in 1895. - Church uses - Relief Society Room and Kitchen. - School uses - drama, band, seminary and various school classrooms. - Access to the Guest Suite is via the Residence's Main Entrance and Foyer on the North side of the building facing Center Street. - The closest grocery/ convenience store/ restaurants are located in American Falls 15 miles away so be prepared if you plan to cook or go out to eat. - YES Complimentary microwave popcorn and hot/cold cocoa for guests during their stay. - YES Guests receive a complimentary dinner mint and bottle of water on arrival. - YES Guests that stay for more than 4 nights also receive a complimentary loaf of "Eden's Kitchen" Homemade Sourdough bread. - NO dishwasher - so you'll have to remember how to wash dishes by hand. - NO coffee machine so if you need a morning brew your closet fix is in American Falls 15 miles away. (Or bring your own) - YES Bathroom is supplied with towels, face cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, floss, cotton balls, toothbrush, bath salts, & Q-tips. (Hair dryer, iron and ironing board is available on request.) Guest access As this building is a private residence and you are staying in one of their guest rooms, guests are asked to limit their movements to the Foyer, personal Guest Suite, parking lot and the grounds to the north and west around the building. Do not enter fenced areas around the building. There is no access to the shop to the East or the Orchard and field to the east and south. There is a walking trail on the eastern edge of the property that connects Center St to Aspen St at the top of the hill. To the south of the property there is a City Park with disc golf. There is a children's play ground 1 block south and west of the property. We do have a private ballroom in the Original Old Church if you want to host an event while you stay with us. Fees starting from $10/hr. (based on availability and request made in advance) Other things to note We are off the beaten path, there is one gas station in town and one cafe, no convenience store or grocery store, so come prepared. If you are a Verizon customer cell service is patchy in the Rockland Valley and not available at the property. We do provide free guest WiFi and Internet access.
