When you walk in, you will be greeted by a very large entry way perfect for ski gear. Upon entry of the main floor, you will have a open layout with a kitchen and living room, along with very high ceilings that go up to the second floor which also has an overlook. Off the kitchen is a large deck with beautiful mountain views. Second floor has a full bathroom, desk/sitting area, and the master with a king size bed and large smart TV. Basement level has the remaining 3 bedrooms which include ample sleeping spaces. One of the bedrooms has 2 twins plus a bunk with a twin on top and full on bottom. The other two bedrooms have queen beds. Two of the rooms are equipped with large smart TV's for enjoyment. Laundry room is on site. Outdoors is plenty of space, a BRAND NEW hot tub, pond, firepit and seating, shed stocked with wood, and acres of hiking! Canandaigua has lots of shopping, eateries, bars, watersports, and kid like activities. Roseland waterpark is a great hit in the summer! CMAC is home to major headliners who perform concerts throughout the summer. Check out their website for your favorite artist of the season and grab tickets before they sell out. The fall boasts many activities from Maple Syrup weekends (you can actually tap trees and retrieve your own maple syrup) to the Naples Grape Festival, and numerous outdoor activities and hayrides to your delight! There is fall foliage rides right around the corner from your stay as well. Hiking is year round whether is by boot or snowshoe. Lots of trails and waterfalls to choose from. Rochester NY is the biggest city nearby and a short 40 minute drive. There is alot of historic buildings, architecture, shopping, restaurants, museums, more hiking, and theaters. The closest airport is there as well. **If coming during the winter months, 4 wheel drive and adequate thread on tires are highly recommended. We do have plow and salt service.
