Other things to note ■Pool We include a disclaimer as a standard precaution and to set clear expectations about the pool for all guests. While we haven't had any issues with the pool, factors such as weather, wind, heavy rain, power outages, equipment malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect pool conditions or operation between scheduled maintenance visits. Because the pool is a complimentary amenity and not included in the nightly rate, we cannot guarantee that it will be operational at all times. Our maintenance team services the pool weekly and addresses any issues as quickly as possible should they arise. ■Outdoor Grill Use We are happy to provide outdoor grills as an amenity for our guests. If you choose to use the grill during your stay, please clean it after use, including removing food debris and excess grease. A cleaning fee of $15 will be charged if the grill is left excessively dirty and requires additional cleaning by our staff.
