We are a 10 minute drive from Eagle Vail Airport and a 30 minute drive to Beaver Creek and Vail. Biking, Hiking, Cross Country Skiing, sledding and snowshoeing are out the front and back doors. Downtown Eagle Ranch is just down the road and has a movie theater, wine bar, coffee house and several restaurants. The space Our mountain retreat is close to the slopes, but with plenty of room to spread out and not pay resort prices. The home is 6,000 square feet on 1 acre in a quiet cul de sac. We back to BLM and the views are unobstructed. Plenty of wildlife including deer and elk migrate through the property. The main floor consists of a master suite, large open concept kitchen/dining room that seats 12/living room plus a large mudroom to store all your outdoor gear and laundry room. The second floor has three spacious bedrooms and two full baths to share. The basement is divided into two large sections. The first is a mother in law suite with private room, family room with a bunk bed and bathroom. The second is a large gathering room complete with huge sectional, 75" television, childrens play area, arcade games and half bathroom. Guest access The entire home is for your use except for the following areas that are locked off: home office, a storage closet in the basement, master closet and one closet on the second floor. The closets on the second floor and basement are spacious and provide plenty of storage for guests for a few days or weeks or months. The garage is 3 cars and over sized (fits our Tahoe and F350!) and two of the spaces are available for parking. The third has bikes, smoker and our outdoor gear stored.
