This new home features an open living area filled with natural light. The large rec room has foosball and air hockey tables and a Smart TV. Savor the river views from the deck or the hot tub on the patio! The firepit offers the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows. A concrete boat landing provides easy river access for your personal watercraft use. The space 5 bedrooms, 3 baths Bedroom 1: Main level, king bed, ensuite bath Bedroom 2: Main level, king bed Bedroom 3: Main level, king bed Bedroom 4: Lower level, king bed Bedroom 5: Lower level, king bed All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available. An abundance of area activities await you! Enjoy all the river offers, or explore the Shenandoah Valley with its multitude of hiking trails, caverns, wineries, and breweries. Only 15 minutes from Shenandoah National Park, 15 minutes from Massanutten Resort, a short drive to James Madison and Eastern Mennonite Universities, and less than an hour from the University of Virginia. *We are not able to honor early check in or late check out requests. *Pre-Approved Dogs are allowed for a $100 per-dog fee (plus tax and Airbnb fees), maximum of 2 dogs. *Equipment for river recreation use is not provided. *This home has security cameras that view the driveway and front of the home, video only. There are no interior cameras. *This home is located in the countryside next to the river. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids. Other things to note Pet fees, Airbb only charges for the first pet on their platform, I allow 2 pets however their is a fee for the second pet that needs to be paid before check in, if you have more 2 pets contact me and I will see if I can accommodate your request. Each additional pet fee is $100 This is a family rental, with absolutely no college parties no fraternities no large events, or other kinds of parties. This home is for 10 guests only at all times if there are more discovered the booking will be canceled and the guest will be made to leave with no refunds.
