Directly across street from the newly developed Babe's Beach. Unit updated in April/May of 2024. New queen sleeper sofa, coffee table and Smart TV in Living Room. Air conditioner was fully cleaned with duct replacement for efficiency and dust control. The space Beautiful newly renovated condo for a memorable family get away! First floor unit with protected interior entrance. Fully appointed kitchen with under the counter refrigerator / freezer, induction cooktop for safety and convention microwave for baking. All kitchen necessities including blender, coffee maker and toaster. Enjoy DirectTV for local and live TV. Living room has 55" Smart TV; bedroom TV has an Amazon Firestick. Enjoy Hulu, Amazon Prime on me. Netflix available with your password. Kid will love the bunk beds, games and beach wagon with sand toys. Contents of wagon and toys vary from photos time to time. Due to breakage and additions, changes may be possible. I try to always have boogie boards and sand toys. I do not supply beach chairs and umbrellas. They are available for rental at the beach. All towels and linens are provided, and extras are included for you to enjoy a worry-free stay. Coin operated laundry ($2.00 wash/dry) on each end of my floor. Vending machines are located in the elevator lobby. Ice machine located in the hall towards the front of the building. Guest access Full run of the suite. There are two community pools (one is heated), hot tub, BBQ and picnic areas. Other things to note Property now implements a parking fee of $45 for the length of your stay for up to two cars that will be parked on property. This fee is not included with the room rate and you will be required to pay at at the front desk to receive your parking pass. Please clean the beach wagon and toys after use at the pool shower.
