This historic apartment building was built in 1929. Enjoy antique features, including non-functioning fireplace in second floor apartment, w/ to modern amenities, washer and dryer. Comfortably sleeps 4, with up to 6 guests welcome. Nonsmoking, pet free apartment. The space The large bedroom boasts a beautiful (non-functioning) fireplace, king size bed, dresser and walk in closet. The small bedroom offers a double bed, dresser and walk in closet. Both bedrooms offer a lot of natural light and ceiling fans. The living room includes a love seat, recliner, smart TV, and shelf of games and books for guests to enjoy during their stay, along with a ceiling fan. The fully stocked kitchen offers a table for two and several amenities, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans and full set of dishes. Located off the kitchen, the laundry room offers guests the ability to wash laundry during their stay. The bathroom has the original sink with two handle faucets and the original medicine cabinet/mirror, adding to the historic touch of the apartment. Enjoy many historic and antique touches throughout the apartment. There is a door to an upstairs balcony, however guests are asked not to use this space due to insurance liability. The porch on the lower level of the building offers several chairs and a table and is available to all guests as a shared amenity with all of the units in the building. This apartment is located in downtown Manhattan with family-owned homes, Big Brothers & Sisters, Boys & Girls Club, a private school and other AirBNBs. Guest access We welcome guests to settle into the entire apartment during their stay! Other things to note We are willing to consider stays longer than 14 days on a case by case basis.
