Fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, large family dining area, sauna, laundry room with washer/dryer. Ample closet storage throughout the cottage. Parking for up to 6 vehicles. All linens & towels provided. Plenty of space for everyone in this 3,500 sq. ft. cottage, with lots of quiet sitting areas, both inside & outside. Wifi access throughout the cottage and surrounding area. Near by attractions: Snow Valley Ski Resort, Snow tubing, Simcoe Lake Beaches, Golf Clubs, Nottawasaga Inn Resort, County Forests and ATV/Snowmobile Trails. BEDROOMS: Our Simcoe family cottage has a total of 3 Bedrooms + spaces and a total of 5 beds, 3 sofa beds, and 1 pullout double sofa bed. Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is the largest room in the cottage, overlooking the backyard and pond. 2 king size beds + 1 sofa bed. Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a queen size bed and is located at the main floor. Bedroom 3 - This bedroom is located on the main floor, perfect for kids or a small family. This room has 2 single beds. Guest access You can access the whole cottage except for the garage and cold cellar room in the basement. Other things to note Please remember to be considerate and keep noise down when renting this property. The cottage is not suited for groups of young adults as this is NOT a party cottage.
