Parking for up to 6 vehicles. All linens & towels provided. Plenty of space for everyone in this 3,500 sq. ft. cottage, with lots of quiet sitting areas, both inside & outside. Wifi access throughout the cottage and surrounding area. Near by attractions: Snow Valley Ski Resort, Snow tubing, Simcoe Lake Beaches, Golf Clubs, Nottawasaga Inn Resort, County Forests and ATV/Snowmobile Trails. BEDROOMS: Our Simcoe family cottage has a total of 3 Bedrooms + spaces and a total of 5 beds, 3 sofa beds, and 1 pullout double sofa bed. Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is the largest room in the cottage, overlooking the backyard and pond. 2 king size beds + 1 sofa bed. Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a queen size bed and is located at the main floor. Bedroom 3 - This bedroom is located on the main floor, perfect for kids or a small family. This room has 2 single beds. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please remember to be considerate and keep noise down when renting this property. The cottage is not suited for groups of young adults as this is NOT a party cottage.
