Nested in the heart of Zona Romántica, you'll be surrounded by local shops, art galleries, theaters, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and just a few blocks from the Los Muertos beach, the Malecon, and the lush greenery along Rio Cuale. Condo “Casa Román-Tica” features: • Spacious living area and provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy your stay • High-speed internet (in the condo as well as on the rooftop terrasse) • Living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, chairs, and a smart TV • Dining room with a table to seat 4 comfortably • Fully equipped kitchen: full size appliances (fridge/cooktop/oven/dish washer), pots/pans, dinnerware/glassware, drip coffee maker, kettle, blender, etc. • Bedroom is featuring a luxurious king-size bed and the ensuite bathroom offers convenience and privacy • A second full bathroom is also available in the living area • Air Conditioners and ceiling fans in the living and bed areas • The unit has a LG combo washer/dryer combo. There is also a laundromat a few steps from the building. The lobby has 24/7 security and will greet you as you enter the building. The number of outside visitors is limited to 2 per day. Supplies are provided to begin your stay. If you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them. Private secure underground parking can be available for a modest fee. Please let me know in advance if you need it, so we can arrange parking. Note: Although Rincón de Almas is located in a quiet location, please note there is construction in the neighborhood which may cause minimal noise during the day. Check-in: 3:00pm and Check-out: 11:00am. * I am happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests if possible. Check-out is 11 am. There is a fee of $20 USD until 1 pm.
