After use, ensure the charcoal is completely extinguished in a fire extinguishing pot and dispose of the trash in the designated outdoor trash can. Please be considerate of the local community and finish the BBQ by 21:00 since it's quiet area. *fireworks are prohibited due to fire. Guest access The entire house is available for your stay. The back of the laundry space (storage) and some closets are for host's storage and are not accessible. Additionally, please use the parking space on the left side of the house. There is a sign on the block wall. Photos are also posted on the listing, so please be careful not to park other's premises. Other things to note • After completing your reservation, you will need to enter the identification information for all guests through the link sent to you (Required by Japanese law). If the information is not entered by the time of arrival, you will not be able to enter the property. Please be aware of this in advance. • Luggage storage is available after 12:00 on the day of check-in and until 18:00 after check-out. It is free, so no prior permission is needed (please leave it inside the entrance). Due to cleaning, check-in time is after 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. • We strictly prohibit stays from those who are heavily intoxicated and noisy. It is a very quiet area, so please be considerate of the neighbors. If the toilet or washbasin is severely soiled, or if the house and furniture are damaged, we will charge the actual cost for repairs. •Please note that as the property is located in an area rich in nature, spiders, centipedes, bees and other insects may inhabit the property depending on the season. We take measures to prevent insects as much as possible, but if you find any indoors, please use pest spray. Please also note that feeding stray cats is prohibited by law. • Our facility is built with Japanese building facilities, so there is no floor heating.
