ONE LEVEL! This Pet Friendly whole one level house has a fully fenced backyard and sits in a peaceful and well established neighborhood. 2 bedrooms, including a king sized bed and two twins. Beautiful kitchen with stocked pantry. Washer and dryer too! 5 min from Hobble Creek Canyon, 30 min from Provo Canyon and skiing at Sundance. Just 1 hr from Salt Lake City, with all its many experiences. Close to BYU and UVU, golfing, skiing, & 15 min. from the rapidly expanding Provo Airport. The space This is a two bedroom recently remodeled cottage with all the cozy vibes. The yard is fully fenced: one side is chain link with a privacy screen, and the other sides are vinyl. You just need to take a few steps outside the carport to reach the gate to our private yard. The yard has two cozy hammocks and some outdoor furniture for relaxing. One bedroom includes a king size bed and the other has two twins, complete with toys and books. Just like home! The living room is super cozy with blankets, a piano, and a smart TV! The couch is a sleeper with sheets provided in the storage space. There is also a storage/ furnace room that I have fashioned into an office space with desk, lamp, and office chair. In that space, I have all the extras…sheets, towels, washcloths, rags, cleaners, etc. You will find that all spaces are labeled and much thought put into it. And of course, Beautiful Mountain Views! Guest access You’ll be able to access all areas of the home. We also have a fully fenced backyard that is accessed by an outside gate just a few steps from the door. Other things to note In regards to pets…I love them too, and I have a few myself! but I don't love cleaning their fur, especially on bedding. Fur doesn't just wash out of sheets and blankets. You will find a vacuum cleaner with attachments, along with various lint rollers. You'll be expected to remove hair from sofa and bed before leaving with the vacuum attachments and lint rollers.
