This home never disappoints. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Get ready to kick back and relax in this stylish space! This is an estate home sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is private, with no through traffic, and it has BIG mountain views from the home's upper patios. The property has a separate large guest house (3 BR | 2 BA) that can also be rented with this home if you have a large family or multiple families traveling together. Guest access Guests have full access to the primary home's entire property (with the exception of the guesthouse, unless rented together.) Other things to note NOTE: The hot tub is heated at no additional charge. Heating the pool is an optional extra-fee amenity. The daily fee for heating the pool is $84. Please let us know if you want the pool heated during your stay, and we will ensure it's ready upon your arrival. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. CAMERA: This property has one doorbell-style/exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property on the exterior only to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)
