Recently refurbished, we wanted to create a special home which embraces modern living with refined interior design, that stands-out along Norfolk Coast! Turn off Sheringham Road and onto Temple Drive, as you arrive, the driveway has space for four cars. Entering the house from the right hand side, off the entrance hall, a wonderful sitting room enjoys a triple aspect over the gardens and bi-fold doors onto a side terrace. This striking room is elevated by its double-height vaulted ceiling and modern inset fireplace. Closing the doors creates the cosy snug with two chairs and a large sofa, perfect for boardgames or a quieter space for family. Through to the main room, the kitchen/dining/living space is perfect for any occasion! Big enough for the whole family and acts as the main entertaining area. The kitchen has a full set of integrated appliances, oversized central island and breakfast bar.
