The space Set in a modern development in Port Melbourne, slightly to the west of Melbourne's city centre, you'll enjoy facilities almost unrivaled in the local area for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The beautifully-furnished one-bedroom top-floor apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom with its own little plant-filled balcony and large mirrored wardrobes. It also has a separate study with a large desk and expansive external computer monitor for guest use (HDMI connection). The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the basics for home cooking. There is a kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and blender as well for guest use. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and also a utility cupboard where you'll find the combination washing machine/dryer. The air-conditioning unit is sited on the wall in the living room and powerful enough to cool the entire apartment. There is one off-street allocated parking space for a car located inside the building. Street parking in the area is also free and unrestricted. The communal facilities of this building really set it apart from more average Airbnb stays. The development features a large open air heated swimming pool along with a hot tub/spa at each end. There is a fully stocked gym to which guests have access with a range of cardio machines, free weights, and plate-weight machines. The building rooftop has communal entertaining spaces including BBQs and great views of either the city skyline or the bay. Please note if your stay is to include the nights of Christmas or New Year's Eve a 3 night minimum stay is required. All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels are included for 4 people (note one bath towel per person) as booked along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days. Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.
