Relaxing Waterfront Apartment!

Welcome to our Bayhouse StayApartment! Our waterfront getaway features a large dock where you can relax on Adirondack chairs and soak in the beautiful water views! Enjoy kayaking (we have 2 for your use) and feel free to bring your own non motor watercrafts. Roast marshmallows in the our Gazebo's fireplace Inside the apartment you will find a beautiful updated kitchen, comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms and a bonus loft area Full bathroom is upstairs, and downstairs has a half bath. The space Fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, cups, and utensils, and a Keurig single cup coffee maker with a few kcups to get you started. The spacious islands seats 4 comfortably with 2 extra stools if needed. Living area has a comfy sofa and chair, a flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows and movies, and the French doors has built in screens so you can have more privacy or open to see the beautiful water views. The first floor also has a half bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one has a king size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The loft area upstairs has a full size futon. Upstairs is also the full bathroom with a tub/shower and washer and dryer. In the front of the apartment, there is a deck for your enjoyment and a great spot to drink your morning coffee while soaking in the amazing water views. In the side yard , our Gazebo has a wood burning fireplace. There may be leftover wood from a previous guest - otherwise firewood may be purchased from Angel's Food Market, a 5 minutes drive away. There is also a charcoal grill our guests may use. There may be leftover charcoal from a previous tenant or can be bought from Angel's. Going down the steps to the pier and dock area, you will see a boathouse to your right. Life jackets and kayak oars are stored in this space. The dock area has Adirondack chairs for guests to enjoy. We have 3 kayaks that our guests may use, and use of the pier/dock area and kayaks require signing of a waiver that will be sent to you after booking. This unit is in the rear of the building, facing the water. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any pets. Guest access There is a locked closet in the upstairs hallway for the owners' use only. Otherwise the guests are able to use the entire apartment. Other things to note Self check-in with smartlock with keypad. Code to keypad will given on the day of check-in. Registration Details 000123
