Welcome to my place, newly built home, located within a commutable distance of the Houston, Sugar Land, & Katy areas. The home is designed to provide comfort and relaxation. A quiet neighborhood, with nearby convenience stores, & restaurants. Less than a mile to Starbucks, & 7790 W Grand Pkwy S, 3 miles to Amazon warehouse at Harlem Rd, 15 -20 mins drive to Methodist, Memorial Hermann, & St Luke’s hospitals at Sugar Land, for healthcare professionals. Convenience is within reach. The space It’s a two-story building, the guest bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. A queen-sized bed with a shared bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a built-in closet, towels, washcloths, and hangers are provided. The bedroom has locks both inside and outside. Guest access Check-in with a keyless code to the main entrance. Early check-in may be possible, please check with host first ahead of time. During your stay I have other rooms listed on Airbnb, so there might be other guests in the house. Please be mindful of others, no loud noise. Please also be respectful of my neighbors, it is a quiet neighborhood. Other things to note 40-pack of bottled water, including Folgers, Keurig coffees, and hazelnut creamer will be provided.
