On the lower level there is a bedroom with a double bed and TV and another bedroom with a single bed. In the attic is another bedroom with a double bed, TV and in addition a wooden baby bed (60 x 120 cm) as well as the fourth bedroom with two separate beds and TV. The large bathroom on the lower level has a nice walk-in shower as well as a rain shower fitting. There is a second shower room in the attic. All bedrooms in Villa Klarsinni I are equipped with blackout pleated blinds. The kitchen is integrated in the living room as an open kitchen and is fully equipped. The beautiful balcony can be reached from the living room via a small staircase. The sun shines here until the evening hours.
