Sunny Home: Relax in Pisa.

Sunny Home is a newly renovated, modern-style, class A4 independent villa, close to the airport and just a 5-minute walk to Pisa Centrale station. The house is equipped with all the amenities and will certainly give you a relaxing stay just a few minutes from the heart of Pisa. You will find a sanitized house (steam cleaning) and all the amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, smartTV, a set of sheets/towels. A unique place to spend your holidays! The space The house is a cozy villa, with a separate entrance, about 55 square meters, in class A4, and that is completely renovated with all the techniques of green building, suitable for reducing the energy impact and that have allowed us to obtain a low consumption house and at the same time healthy for those who live there. The house is at the guests' complete disposal and is heated and cooled by hot/cold split in all rooms. Upon entering, you are directly in the living-dining room (facing SOUTH) where there is a kitchen complete with appliances (electric oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) and everything you need to prepare excellent breakfasts and more. YOU WILL FIND: kettle, wine glasses, dishes, moka coffee maker and Lavazza a Modo Mio capsule coffee machine, 43" Smart TV, a comfortable 2-seater sofa with pull-out chaise longue. A cozy room, with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a dresser and two nightstands is the ideal place to rest after the intense days spent on long walks to discover the many wonderful places that surround the city. A functional bedroom makes this pretty home suitable for hosting a third person in a smaller environment but with all the comforts. In fact, there is a bridge wardrobe with a single bed underneath, a chest of drawers, a shoe rack as well as an ironing board and iron. Lastly, and most importantly, a dressing room with a sink with cabinet (where the hairdryer and first aid kit have been placed inside) that leads to the comfortable bathroom with a window and shower. The use of the washing machine IS ON REQUEST AND AT NO CHARGE, this simply because being located in the cellar (adjacent to the house), we need to know before check-in to be able to leave you the keys to the cellar. In addition, available to guests, a comfortable clothesline and a small sink located behind the house (where the bathroom window overlooks) in a delimited area. The house has Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, parking space (ONLY UPON REQUEST AND AT NO CHARGE… because in this case we will have to provide you with: 1) the keys for the driveway gate, 2) at the time of booking, all the necessary information on how/where to park, since it is a courtyard, with other cars, and no obstruction should be created). The rooms are very bright, given the favorable exposure of the house to the Southeast. Guest access The accommodation is located in a quiet courtyard setting, inhabited by resident families, closed by a driveway gate. The courtyard is accessed either through: - pedestrian gate - driveway gate, where you can enter by car (ONLY FOR THOSE WHO REQUEST IT A FEW DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN, to have the keys to the driveway gate and all the information on how/where to park the car so as not to cause inconvenience to other residents). Check-in: since we do it in person, we ask you to inform us of your arrival time in advance for greater organization. Check-out: you can do it independently with a key box (in the shape of a house), located under the shelter before crossing the pedestrian gate, or by leaving the keys directly on the kitchen table. In case we are unable to come for check-in, we will guide you for self-access. On the same day, you will be sent clear instructions to check in peacefully; this is when Anella or Paolo (the owners) will not be able to welcome you personally. You will be provided with all the detailed instructions on how to dispose of garbage (in Pisa there is separate collection). Anyway, don't worry... we are always available 😉 Other things to note IT IS MANDATORY AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE CHECK-IN to send me on Airbnb messaging, or by message for those who have difficulty sending documents on Airbnb, a copy of the identity documents and the tax code OF ALL GUESTS, for registration with the State Police, according to Italian laws. If the documents are not provided in advance, it will not be possible to check in. In Pisa, there is separate COLLECTION. You will find 3 baskets under the kitchen sink for daily garbage, then outside, where the drying rack is, always on our property, we have placed collection bins where you will put the well-separated garbage and from there we will take it away. TOURIST TAX: For 2024, the Municipality of Pisa is asking for a tourist tax of €2.50 per night for a maximum of 5 nights for each person. Thanks to territorial agreements with Airbnb, guests pay this tax at the time of booking. FILM NOTICE: - Pets are not allowed; - SMOKING 🚭 and celebrations/gatherings are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in both the accommodation and the condominium spaces. RESPECT QUIET HOURS: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. for condominium quiet. In order to be present without delay at your check-in, we ask you to inform us in advance of your check-in time.
