The restoration process is not smooth, but every repair is our respect and care for this history. From the restoration of the wooden beams to the renovation of the floors, every detail was carefully polished. Between the walls of bamboo and earth, you can feel the toughness of natural materials and taste the comfort of the moment. Here, each room is a small world, and the furniture and furnishings of the space can create their own corners. This is more than a place to sleep; it's a part of a journey. In this shared living space, you will write your own time story with this old house. Most of the time you can do nothing, just feel the taste of life here. We look forward to this being not just a place to stay for passers-by, but a home where you can immerse yourself in the story. Whether in the sunny summer yard or by the warm winter fireplace, we hope this little wooden apartment will add a unique memory to your trip. (In the morning, the surrounding area is the oldest East Market in Chiayi City, and it is a five-minute walk to the Alishan Railway) Other things to note 1. To avoid subsequent disputes, no food and drink is allowed in the entire tatami area on the second floor. If you need to eat or drink, you can go to the tea room on the first floor or the backyard. 2. There is a cat and a dog in the space, and if you are allergic to or afraid of cats and dogs, you may need to assess your stay yourself. 3. To be environmentally friendly, most personal items are prepared by yourself, and only cleaning supplies and bedding are prepared in the space. For related course activities, projectors and chairs are available on site 4. The furniture, lamps and appliances on site are old, please move carefully or ask the owner Wu to move them, if you move them yourself due to activities and cause damage, you will be charged compensation according to the price. 5. The walls and columns of the house are made of natural building materials such as wood, soil, bamboo, etc. Do not run and play inside, as it is dangerous and damages the house. The owner has the right to terminate the rental right if you do not listen. 6. Since the surrounding area is a market in the morning, there will be some noise after the early morning. The old house itself has some characteristics that are different from modern rooms (poor sound insulation, air windows, toilets outside). If you cannot accept it after evaluating it yourself, it is recommended not to stay. 7. I hope that after seeing the renovation status above, you can understand that I am a demanding host. If you don't like being reminded all the time, I also recommend that you don't stay.
