Just an 10-minute stroll to a pristine white sand beach, this peaceful estate is designed to let you disconnect from the noise of everyday life — and reconnect with what matters most. Group Sizing Flexibility: Depending on your group size, the house and casitas are opened to match — accommodating up to 13 guests in total. Example: 6/7 people, access to main house and one casita. 8/9people, main house and two casitas. 10-13 people have full access to all units. 🍋 A Fruit Lover’s Paradise Pick fresh fruit right from the trees: lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, avocado, mango, papaya, passion fruit, star fruit, guanabana, coconuts and more (seasonal availability varies). 📍 Location & Access • Located 10 minutes from Todos Santos & 5 minutes to Cerritos surf beach • Peaceful atmosphere, yet easy to access shops, dining & surf. • 10-minute walk to the beach 🤝 Your Arrival We offer flexible arrival options: • Self Check-In: Secure lockbox for fully private access. • Personal Greeting: If we’re available, we’re happy to meet you on arrival and provide an orientation. Guest access You will have full and private access to the house, guest casitas (according to the number of guests booking), pool, grounds and gardens. No other guests will be renting, even if you don't book all the casitas. Other things to note For groups of less then 10 people, not all of the units will be made available. Example: 6/7 people, access to main house and one casita. 8/9people, main house and two casitas. 10-13 people have full access to all units. So if you require or would like more access, increase the number of guests to get accurate pricing. Pool cleaners will come twice per week for approximately 20-30 minutes. Our gardener will be on site for one day per week.
