I have several apartments, I like to ask about combined apartments. You will be provided with high quality bed linen and towels. There is also a welcome kit with coffee, tea and water. Extra services: - Late check-out can be booked for an extra charge, subject to availability - We also offer cleaning services during the stay for an extra charge. Registration requirement: Before check-in, ID copy and contact details are required, as there is a registration requirement in Germany Check-out time: A fee of €50 will be charged for unarranged check-outs after 10 a.m. This covers cleaner's overtime, key management, and cleaning service scheduling Residential area: The property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to avoid excessive noise Parties: This home doesn't host bachelorette parties, bachelorette parties, or similar parties Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment except on the balcony (Additional €250 cleaning costs to remove odor and stains)! Keys and damage: If you damage the home or lose keys or don't put keys back in lockbox, you'll be charged $400!
