Our house is located in an idyllic location, in Posιdi, Halkidiki, which combines nature and an unlimited view of the sea. Our place, in a location with enchanting sunsets, offers all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday experience, ideal to escape from the routine of everyday life. A breath away from the house you can enjoy the crystal clear waters of one of the most beautiful seas of the Aegean. The space The Villa is ideal for couples who want to relax , but it is also suitable for families with children. It is part of an identical houses complex The house is formed into two floors. -The 1st floor has 3 bedroom with a double bed and a large enhanced closer at every bedroom , Also there is a small kitchen with a small refrigerator and a big Bathroom with big bathtub and washing machine . -The 2nd floor has a spacious living room with a sofa , a small bathroom , a fully equipped kitchen smart ANDROID IP TV with subscription and one spacious balcony. -In the exterior of the house there is a big courtyard -At a distance of 300m you can find restaurants, supermarket, bakery store, ATM and an organized beach with beach bars. -Distances: Thessaloniki: 107km Airport 'Macedonia SKG' 87km Kallithea village: 17km Pefkochori village :32km Health center: 12km Guest access The guests will have access to the entire house. The kitchen has a big fridge/refrigerator, a modern stove, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave oven. Plates, silverware, knives, glasses, tablecloths, napkins and towels are provided, as well as blankets and sheets. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE We must inform you that the swiming pool its only availably from 1st of June until 30th of September . The house is only for 6 persons including child and that is one of the rules . Every visitors that can not accept the rules will be canceled the reservation and will removed from house . We would like to inform visitors that this house is rented by the owners on a private short-term lease. This means that according to Greek law, any kind of service such as cleaning, changing of sheets and towels, as well as issuing of an invoice is prohibited. In the house there is a second set of sheets and towels for each guest, as well as a washing machine. The visitors must understand that Posidi village its a summer place and most of shops , bar, supermarket and restaurant are open only in summer period (15 May -15 September).
