Comfort awaits from the luxury king size beds in each bedroom, to the brand new renovated kitchen and bathroom, TV's in every room, and every essential you'll need to enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation. Outside is a large dining table with a BBQ grill to enjoy the warm Florida breeze. You'll have beach chairs and towels provided for your stay, and the ocean is just 4 blocks away. The space 2 identical LARGE rooms, each has a very comfortable memory foam king size bed, flat screen TV, and large closets. The bathroom located between the 2 rooms is beautifully updated, with a large walk-in shower. The washer/dryer is also located in the bathroom, for your comfort and convenience. Natural light pours into the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are FULLY stocked for all of your needs during your stay. Anything additional you may need, we're always available so please feel free to reach out. Hosts live locally and are always happy to help or assist in any way necessary during your stay! Baby gate & High chair available upon request. Close to Mayo clinic, UNF, JU and St. Johns Town Center. Guest access Guests will have access to their private condo and shared access to the courtyard area in the back. Other things to note 2nd story condo in a two-story building that has 4 total condos.
